Cancelation & Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, then please contact us. We are a friendly bunch and will do our upmost to resolve your issue. 

Although we require you to raise a request for a return. This is to ensure that we can track your return. You can use the 'Contact Us' button or live 'Chat Facility' to be able to raise the request. 

What our policy covers:

  • You are responsible for raising a return request
  • You are responsible for the shipping costs of the item back to us
  • Up to 14 days after receiving your goods, in most cases, you can change your mind and get a full refund
  • The items should be returned to us in an unused and in unopened packaging
  • On receipt of your item, we will issue a refund for the full amount of the item. We highly recommend you return an item using a tracked service
